The beer munchies are a killer. You know what I mean - you drink beer and get hungry. Because you have been drinking beer, your defenses are down, and you eat more.
It's a vicious cycle. If you don't eat, you feel like crap the next day. If you do eat, you get even fatter.
Ugh.
